Remote simultaneous interpretation and professional digital stage management for your virtual and hybrid events
LangLive combines Digital Stage Management and remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) so your international events run flawlessly — no language barriers, no technical failures, no stress for the organizer.
Reliability
Remote simultaneous interpretation depends on a complex technical chain: platform, audio channels, interpreter connections, speaker access. Any broken link affects the entire audience in real time.
Coordination
International speakers don't always know how the platform works, when to speak, how to share their screen, or what to do if their audio fails. Without a digital stage manager, the organizer ends up managing everything in real time.
Linguistic quality
Not all interpreters have experience in virtual environments or in all sectors. Remote simultaneous interpretation requires certified interpreters, familiar with specific terminology and RSI technology.
LangLive: the complete solution for remote simultaneous interpretation and virtual event management
LangLive is LangImpact’s service that combines two disciplines that must work as one: the technical and logistical management of the event (Digital Stage Management) and high-quality remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI).
While most providers offer one or the other, LangLive integrates both under a single coordinated team, with a single point of contact for the organizer. The result is an event where technology and language work invisibly — because when everything goes right, no one notices the work behind it.
The Digital Stage Manager acts as the event’s conductor: coordinates speaker access, manages transitions, controls the digital script, resolves technical incidents in real time, and maintains the program’s pace. It’s the difference between an event that flows and one that stumbles.
Remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) ensures that every attendee receives the content in their language with the same precision and nuance as the original. Our interpreters are certified professionals with experience in 30+ languages and specialized sectors: legal, medical, technology, finance, and academia.
What types of events is LangLive designed for?

What is Digital Stage Manager and RSI?
Digital Stage Manager
A Digital Stage Manager coordinates and directs all the technical and logistical aspects of the event: access for speakers, interaction between interpreters and assistance, resolution of live incidents and control of the digital script. We guarantee fluency, safety and a professional experience for both the organization and the attendees.
Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI)
allows your attendees to choose language and understand your content in real time, from anywhere in the world, through dedicated audio channels on platforms such as Zoom. We work with professional interpreters and ensure the best technical quality.
The LangLive process: four phases for a zero-margin-of-error event
Phase 1: Pre-event planning
Before the event, we analyze the detailed program, required languages, and interpreter profiles needed (technical, medical, legal). We verify the platform to be used (Zoom, Teams, Webex), access permissions, and special requirements such as subtitles, recording, or private rooms.
Phase 2: Technical testing
We configure RSI interpretation channels for each language, create backup rooms for interpreters and speakers, and conduct full tests with speakers: audio and video connection, screen sharing, interactive tools (polls, Q&A). Interpreters rehearse with real event material.
Phase 3: Live event
Our team acts as conductors in real time: we guide speakers to maintain pace, resolve technical incidents instantly, monitor audio quality on all interpretation channels, and handle participants’ technical questions.
Phase 4: Post-event report
After the event, we deliver a technical report with incidents and how they were resolved, key metrics (attendance by language, Q&A participation), and recommendations to optimize future events.
